The Mirrlees Chamber Organ

Canongate Kirk’s chamber organ was built in the mid 19th century by J & A Mirrlees of Glasgow and is situated in the War Memorial Chapel.   The organ was meticulously restored  by  organ restorers William Hendry and Graham McDonald, thanks to a grant awarded by the Henry Creswick Charitable Trust.  To read a detailed description of the organ and the restoration process please contact the Canongate Kirk Office.
